We promote Group therapy as a shared therapeutic experience that involves the presence of our trained professionals and others who are working through similar issues. This collaborative form of healing can focus on interpersonal relationships or on particular concerns shared by group members. There are numerous psychological and emotional issues that are treated in group therapy, which are related to drug addiction and abuse.
Since sanjosadanis driven by the christian values and morales we are majorly focusing on the wellbeing of families with needed interventions if required. When an individual is rescued from the drug addiction problem, we can also make healthy families in our society. It is our pleasure to support the individuals and families to re modify the problematic familial environment and to reclaim the impaired healthy relationship among family members.
Meditation is a method for acquainting our mind with virtue. The more familiar our mind is with virtue, the calmer and more peaceful it becomes. When our mind is peaceful we are free from worries and mental discomfort, and we experience true happiness. If we train our mind to become peaceful we will be happy all the time, even in the most adverse conditions. But if our mind is not peaceful, even if we have the most pleasant external conditions we will not be happy. Therefore it is important to train our mind through meditation. We have integrated yoga and related meditations very effectively in our therapeutic interventions, to make the positive impact on individual’s recovery.
Recreational therapy, or therapeutic recreation, is a systematic process that utilizes recreation and other activity-based interventions to address the assessed needs of individuals with addiction, as a means to psychological and physical health, recovery, and well-being.” In Sanjosadan recreational therapy has designed to restore, remediate, and rehabilitate a person’s level of functioning and independence with full recovery from addiction.
